Chief of the provincial council for eastern Logar province Dr. Abdul Wali Wakil confirming the incident said, the incident was confirmed by International Security Assistance Force based in this province.
Dr. Wakil said, the incident took place in Baraki district of eastern Logar province.
The source further added, the main reason behind the crash of the NATO helicopter was not immediately confirmed.
However, NATO-led International Security Assistance Force have not formally announced the incident.

ISAF said on twitter an hour ago:"No, there was no ISAF helo crash in Logar Sat. which means no casualties either"
