BAGRAM, Afghanistan – Afghan and coalition forces killed five insurgents,
detained four suspects and discovered a weapons cache during operations
in eastern Afghanistan throughout the past 24 hours, May 6. Also, one
insurgent died emplacing an improvised explosive device.
