21 armed Taliban killed and two wounded by Afghan National Police
Counterterrorism:
During the past 24 hours, Afghan National Police, Afghan National Army,
NDS and Coalition Forces launched four joint clearance operations in
Kapisa, Kandahar, Herat and Farah provinces.
As a result of these operations, 21 armed Taliban were killed and two others were wounded by Afghan National Police.

Also, during these operations, Afghan National Police discovered and
confiscated eight different types of weapons, one mortar round, one
machine gun, 11 heavy rounds, four magazines and motorcycle.
