BAGRAM, Afghanistan (June 20, 2012) – Afghan and coalition forces killed 19 insurgents during operations in eastern Afghanistan throughout the past 24 hours, June 19.

Kunar province
Afghan National Army soldiers and coalition forces killed 19 insurgent during a small arms engagement in Watahpur district.

Operations in RC-East are still ongoing.
