Two Armed Taliban Killed, Two Wounded and Nine Arrested by Afghan National Police
Counterterrorism:
During the past 24 hours, Afghan National Police, Afghan National Army, NDS and Coalition Forces launched five joint clearance operations in Kapisa, Kandahar, Zabul, Khost and Paktiya provinces.
As a result of these operations, two armed Taliban were killed, two wounded and nine others were arrested by Afghan National Police.
Also, during these operations, Afghan National Police discovered and confiscated some amount of munitions, light and heavy rounds.
Additionally, Afghan National Police discovered and defused four anti-vehicle mines and one rocket launcher as a result of security operations in the Kjaki District and Lashkar Gah City capital of Helmand province, yesterday.
Crimes:
The 101 Kabul Zone National Police detained ten individuals accused of theft and trafficking in the 7th, 9th and 17th Districts of Kabul-City.
